All content, designs, code, and deliverables created by Originate Marketing remain the intellectual property of Originate Marketing until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Originate Marketing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. All services are delivered to the best of our ability, with no guarantee of specific results unless contractually stated.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for all payments due for work completed up to the date of termination.
